
Hosted by the Vivensa Foundation (previously referred to as the Dunhill Medical Foundation), the UKARFF is a group of funders of academic and clinical research related to understanding the mechanisms of ageing and ageing-related disease, improving health and social care for older people, and understanding ageing across the lifecourse.
Forum members include the Department of Health and Social Care, NIHR and relevant UKRI research councils, along with a range of charities including, but not limited to:
- Alzheimer’s Research UK
- Alzheimer’s Society
- British Geriatrics Society
- Fight for Sight
- Royal National Institute for Deaf People
- Stroke Association
- Versus Arthritis
