Funding for researchers to consolidate their independence by establishing or strengthening a research team or programme. Applications may be made in any field of research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ELIGIBILITY<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Researchers of any nationality with 7-12 years of experience since completion of PhD, a track record showing great promise and an excellent research proposal may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VALUE AND DURATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grants are for up to \u20ac2m for a period of five years (an additional \u20ac1m can be made available to cover eligible ‘start-up’ costs and\/or the purchase of major equipment and\/or access to large facilities and\/or other major experimental and field work costs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
