This includes generating evidence on financial mechanisms and their financial sustainability, to help secure their longer-term adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The call is particularly keen to support proposals which address needs in under-served communities.\u202fThis could include, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ethnically diverse groups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>those from lower socio-economic backgrounds communities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>those in under-served geographic regions (including coastal and rural locations)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications must involve at least one partner\/organisation which will support the implementation of the proposed intervention(s), and which could support the longer-term adoption of the intervention(s) following the end of the programme (e.g. a health commissioner, local authority, housing provider or other third sector organisation etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proposals with co-applicants and collaborators both from within and beyond academia are encouraged. This includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>people with lived experience of issues relevant to the proposal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>community organisations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providers of health and social care services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>industry\/commercial partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There are no restrictions on the number of individuals\/organisations within the proposed team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Value and duration: up to \u00a31.2M for a maximum of four years (the full value of proposals is expected to be at last \u00a3500k).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expression of interest stage deadline: \u00ad\u00ad6 September 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Please note that prospective applicants (the lead applicant and a representative from each partner organisation) must have an expression of interest conversation with the Trust\u2019s triage panel by the deadline of 6 September 2024.
