Funding designed to widen involvement in Universities and Policy Engagement Network (UPEN) Programmes and strengthen the connection between academic research and public policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Participation Fund supports activities that directly advance UPEN\u2019s programme goals<\/a> across its three core pillars: <\/p>\n\n\n\n You can find out more about UPEN Programmes in the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n UPEN Programmes team staff<\/a> also welcome you getting in touch with them directly to find out what you can be involved in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ELIGIBILITY<\/p>\n\n\n\n This opportunity is open to anyone who works at a UPEN university member institution (University of Worcester is a member). This includes both\u00a0academics and professional services staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Applications are especially encouraged from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Applicants will be asked to outline the purpose of the funding, how their activity contributes to UPEN Programme objectives, and confirm that no alternative institutional funding is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n VALUE<\/p>\n\n\n\n Awards are up to \u00a35000 in value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The fund supports a broad range of activity, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Below are some example scenarios in which the Participation Fund might be used.
